With a seating capacity of 7,000, the Reno Events Center is the perfect size for almost any event the world can throw at it! The Reno Events Center is located in downtown Reno, amid the hustle and bustle of Reno lifestyle. The cost of building the Events Center is about $28.5 million. A second facade is to be built which includes a ballroom and a convention center. The estimated cost of the completed project will be about $65 million. The Reno Events Center is owned by the city of Reno and managed by Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority or RSCVA, which incidentally also runs the National Bowling Stadium, the Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center and the Reno-Sparks Convention Center. Comprised of two floors, the Events Center boasts a 118,000 sq. ft. overall size with 56,000 sq. ft. of flooring, a space that is more than enough to handle the most demanding of events. As for parking, limited parking spaces are available at the National Bowling Stadium, while parking provided by Circus Circus number to about 3,100 and an additional 800 of parking space can be found at Fitzgeralds although requiring a parking fee unless you have it validated at the casino. On days wherein ticket sales for an event are being sold, the Events Center opens at 10:00am till noon. But on days if an event is scheduled, the Center opens at 10:00am until the main event itself goes on stage. Just like any other events center, premium seating tickets can be purchased and reservation of seats is also available.
